Oncology Drug Pipeline Analysis Segment Is Witnessing Growth Due To Introduction Of Novel Cancer Treatments And Drugs

Oncology Drug Pipeline analysis    The development of new drugs requires hundreds of millions of dollars and takes 15-17 years. Along with assessing the effectiveness of the drug, this analysis examines its safety and likelihood of adverse reactions. The process is extremely costly and is dependent on the successful approval of early-stage trials. Consequently, the process of development and approval is complex and expensive. This is why it is critical to use a reliable tool like Drug Pipeline Analysis to evaluate the future development of a drug.   The global oncology drug pipeline analysis is driven by numerous factors, including increasing costs of therapies and the cost of clinical trials. There are two main types of oncology pipelines. The first category includes drugs that are still in development and have significant market potential. The second category consists of cancer-related drugs. The first segment includes products that are already available in...

An Essential Amino Acid, Arginine Is a Building Block for Proteins That Help Build Muscle

Arginine Market   Arginine is an α-amino acid present in the human body as well as in small quantities in some fruits such as almonds, peanuts, pecans, and walnuts. Arginine performs the synthesis or production of protein in the human body. Arginine is classified as a conditionally essential or semi-essential amino acid. As arginine is a conditional amino acid, it can be produced either internally or through supplements according to the individual's requirement. To cater to the demand for conditional amino acids, supplements are recommended as a source. The body of preterm infants is unable to create arginine; hence they require amino acids. For children, a sufficient amount of amino acid is important in the diet to support their growth.   Arginine is an essential amino acid, a building block for the protein that helps muscle building. Arginine is available in the market as a supplement named as arginine supplement. Arginine supplement is a good source of amino acid an...

Enrofloxacin: An Antibiotic Used To Treat Bacterial Infections in Animals

Enrofloxacin Market   Enrofloxacin, or 1-Cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-7-(4-ethyl-1-piperazinyl)-1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-3-quinoline carboxylic acid, is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections. Baytril, the trade name of enrofloxacin, is indicated for the control, in chickens, of mortality associated with Escherichia coli. The U.S FDA approved the use of enrofloxacin in 1996 to treat certain bacterial infections in poultry. The drug has low minimal inhibitory concentrations (MICs) and favorable pharmacokinetic properties. It has been approved by the European Food Safety Authority for the treatment of bacterial infections in cattle. It is also an effective antibiotic that is well tolerated by animals. Its mechanism of action is distinct and it shows profound bactericidal activity. It has not been used for humans in this capacity.   There is a high variation of bioavailability after oral administration of enrofloxacin between polygastric and monogastric animals ...
